


Lucy chose three types of leadership style that she felt connected to in some way. We talked about why she felt connected to these styles and made notes around the words. Lucy chose the ‘Quiet Leader’ style because she does not like to be the centre of attention, although some of her characters do. She chose ‘Transformational’ because when she takes on the form of one of her characters, she transforms and takes on their personality. She also chose ‘Collaborative’ because she enjoys working with other people and has illustrated the drawing with people she likes to work with.
