Lucy chose three types of leadership style that she felt connected to in some way. We talked about why she felt connected to these styles and made notes around the words. Lucy chose ‘Quiet Leader’ as she does not like to be the centre of attention, although some of her characters do. She chose ‘transformational’ as when she take on the form of one her characters she transforms to take on their personality. She also chose ‘collaborative’ as she enjoys working with other people and has illustrated the drawing with people she likes work with.
