I mentioned in the last session that I wanted to try expressing my leadership style through color.

I shared that I see charisma as orange, collaboration as green, and quiet leadership as blue.

When I came home, I made a few small drawings on little pieces of paper I found around my room, thinking more about those ideas.

I’m sharing them here as a small and personal reflection from that session.
