Charlie: My name is Charlie Stevens and I'll be describing my painting. And yes - it is on the canvas. and yes, it is of three people in it too. Yes, there is me, Katie and Patricia and they're there too, so. And I have got on me a pair of glasses, I have. Pink pair of glasses I got on me. Patricia and Katie do not have glasses on them and we all have on cat masks on us too. And there are stars up behind us all too. There is five bigger stars. And me and Patrica got brown eyes, Katie has blue eyes. And our hair colour is kind of is a blond-diddy, brown-y coloured hair colour - or Katie's hair is. Patricia's hair, short fringe on her hair and is it red brown-y coloured hair? Patricia: It's bit of that, yeah Charlie: And yeah, my hair is just brown-y coloured hair, my hair is. So, um, our masks was in Covid. All of them is all in blue - blue masks with a cat face on them on. Patricia: We'd added some whiskers on them. Katie: In green paint. I think this was when we were back in the studio after it had been a while of Covid and lock down and us all being at home. And just sort of part of being back together. And one of the things that you can't do on the zoom, that you can do when you're together in a real, you know, physical space, is put paint on each other's faces. And the masks just add to that. Charlie: Yeah. And you look pregnant [giggles]. Katie: I look pregnant? Sarah: That's artistic licence. Charlie: Yes, sorry! Katie: Oh, in the painting? Charlie: Yes, yeah! Doesn't she? A bit pregnant. It's a bit of fun. [We have] fun together, we do. Nice to have a bit of fun with your mates. Yeah. Sarah: You were having fun together and then sometimes the feelings got really difficult living through that time. Charlie: Oh yes, very difficult living through that time. Yes, I missed this a lot, I did. Missed them a lot I did, at Artworks. And Parchment - without my friends there. Yeah, in Covid I was hospitalised. And I had three operations - three major operations I had at that time, yeah. On my pacemaker and my heart. Because of - what happened was - a wire was coming out of my chest. Yes, it was very, very unusual, it was. It was quite weird for me having this wire sticking out of my chest. Patricia: Is there anything else that you wanted to add? Charlie: You've [Patricia] has got a green jumper. Katie's got an orange jumper and I got a yellow jumper. Katie: Isn't mine like an orange sort of pregnancy cloak? Charlie: [giggles] Yeah, yeah! Sarah: It's a tent. Charlie: It might be a tent [laughs heartily]
